windows 8.1 #1930

Which device (manufacturer, type)? LGL75C

Which firmware is installed? 2.3.4

What version of wireless tether are you using? 2.0.7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. started wireless tether 
2. Microsoft surface pro 2 w/win8.1 does not see the android tether
3. Samsung pc with win8 does see and connect to the android tether

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I expected to see the 
android tether in the possible connections and it is not visible. My ipod touch 
and win7 and win 8 all work with the tether and the 8.1 will not.

Please provide any additional information below.

I have the same issue. Version 2.0.7, Acer Aspire S7 with windows 8.1 can't see 
the android hotspot, my Macbook Pro sees it and connects no problem.
