Tethering fails after OTA update to android 4.3 #1936

Which device (manufacturer, type)?
Samsung Galaxy Note 2 SPH-L900

Which firmware is installed?
Android 4.3 

What version of wireless tether are you using?
3.2-beta2-mod5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Wifi Tether
2. Press to start tethering
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect tether to start, but essage is  "tethering started with errors! press 
show log." When I show the log it is empty.

Please provide any additional information below.
Wifi tether was working before I updated from android 4.1 to 4.3 (rerooted 
after sprint OTA update).
