Nexus 5 works only in adhoc method. The netd-ndc method to create an AndroidAP start with errors. #1943

Which device (manufacturer, type)?
LG Nexus 5

Which firmware is installed?
4.4.2

What version of wireless tether are you using?
3.4 experimental and 3.3 beta-2
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch wifi tether
2. Go to Settings. Set Profile=generic, method=netd-ndc(master), check Send 
netd max client
3.start tethering

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Tethering start with errors.
Please provide any additional information below.
The netd-ndc method is required to allow other android devices use the 
tethering.

The tethering work fine with adhoc method but other android devices can't 
connect to the adhoc tethering.
