Which device (manufacturer, type)?
HTC EVO 
Which firmware is installed?
Idk
What version of wireless tether are you using?
the updated 3.4 I think
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Before I connected fine now error message
2. Occasionally actives carries hotspot on its own when I start
3. No matter what I try it only connected once and after hasn't done it again. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Please provide any additional information below.
If I known I was going to have this issue would've updated.
