ok so i downloaded the app from the google play store, which kinda weird note
here, the app shows in the google play store on a computer but on my list of
"my apps" or when i search for it, it doesnt show up, but anyway i finally
rooted my phone, verified my root, and for some reason this app isnt working,
it just says tethering started with errors, the settings ive tried where
config. for s4 congfig for auto and config for s3, all of which tried with and
without access control on. also id love to tell you what was in the log but low
and behold when i click show log it says it doesnt exist. also before when i
experienced this on previous devices it was because of access control not being
turned on but this time around its not even sending out a ssid to pick up.
