Rooted Moto X, Tethered bandwith less than 1MB #1978

Which device (manufacturer, type)?
Moto X Developer Edition
Which firmware is installed?
4.4.4, unlocked running Xposed Moto X tether
What version of wireless tether are you using?
2.4 experimental
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Generic ICS/JB wlan0
2. Encrtpyion
3. Netd-Ndc Master

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Speedtest on the phone are about 15-30M, when its tethered the devicse are 
always less than 1Meg down
Please provide any additional information below.
