Oh. Great. It works in adhoc-mode right? Could you please check if
wep-encryption is working ... and bluetooth-tethering? Thanks.

Hello;

I'll confirm it -- it works in adhoc-mode (no infrastructure options I can
see.) I previously used 2.0.5p8, and am now using 2.0.5p9. Wep-encryption works
(128 bit; I didn't test 64 bit because I didn't think it mattered, but can if
you'd like.); Bluetooth does not; it gives a "your phone is currently in an
unknown state -- try to reboot!" message, and no service is visible.

My PC is a laptop running Ubuntu Lucid, but I don't think that matters. I do
occasionally run into an issue where the laptop where the security key is
refused, but I believe that could be an issue my laptop has with WEP; next time
it happens, I will check using another device. The best cure seems to be to
disable and re-enable the wifi tether.

Once it runs, it runs great and fast, though I have only tested it over 3g.

If there is anything else I can do to test or help, please let me know. Thanks!
