PSP and DS require an Infrastructure Mode wifi connection, Wifi Tether in most
cases only supports Ad-Hoc (peer to peer network) and will not connect to Wii,
PSP, DS or many other devices that require Infrastucture WiFi.
Only solution is to hope they build an infrastructure capable app for your
specific device. AFAIK This has been done for Epic, Evo, N1, NS and possibily a
few others.
If you list your hardware type it may get you better support.
