Can Moto A1680 use wireless tether

Which device (manufacturer, type)?
Moto A1680
Which firmware is installed?
1.6
What version of wireless tether are you using?
Tried different ones, 2.06/2.07 and even the newest one.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I don't know yet, looks like it cannot support moto A1680.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I tried to make my 3G cell as a router to support my wifi version IPAD, 
instead, after installed the software, start tethering, after root permission, 
shows an error''Enabling NAT rules....''

Please provide any additional information below.

Ipad can find the points and connect ok, but cannot surfing.

Well. You need a kernel which has "netfilter" enabled.

Thanks for replying, where can find the kernel I need? I did the google search, 
looks like there is no this kinds of update for my phone.
