Started With Errors - EVO

Which device (manufacturer, type)?
HTC Evo
Which firmware is installed?

What version of wireless tether are you using?
2_0_7
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Clicking Start

3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It used to work, but now with a ROM installed, no bueno. 
Please provide any additional information below.

This app used to work like a CHARM! 
But ever since upgrading to Cyanogen, and reinstalling apps  it doesn't work.
When I hit the Green Button, a little message appears saying "Started With 
Errors/ See Log" or something like that.  When I go to Log this is what I see.
--Starting Access-point..
failed
--Activating WIFI interface
failed
--Enabling NAT rules
done
--Enabling IP Forwarding
done
--Tethering Now Running...
done

any help?

I have the same problem.  

My errors when viewing log -- 
activating wifi -- failed
setting ad-hoc - failed
setting esid - failed
setting channel -- failed
enabling NAT -- done
enabling IP forwarding - Done
tethering now running - done

Having the same issue as well. Used to work but no longer does.
