I'm getting a little bit of the lag you mentioned

Figured out how to rasterize images in a pdf. Having a hard time adjusting the rasterization density to get acceptable quality without introducing the same lag we encountered without rasterization. We can play around with this more if it becomes an issue.

Looks like 600dpi works ok
