- [ ] move anytree utils out to a new python package "anytree-iterative"
- [ ] use these to upgrade alifedata-phyloinformatics-convert and delete from anytree conversion copied into auxiliary utils
- [ ] move alifestd utils elsewhere (maybe https://github.com/alife-data-standards/alife-std-dev-python) but probably own library
