Symfony 3.0 compatibility #168

@Gorjunov do you mind just fixing the current conflict (created by other PR that was just merged) then we'll get this merged in and tagged.

For tags what do you think we should use for this? I'm thinking do a full version bump to 4.X, leaving 3.0.X tags that are currently used for the Symfony 2.X support (slightly confusing). What are your thoughts. I brought it up on the call for collaborators ( #162 ) however haven't heard anything back.

@Gorjunov I just merged your update with the latest on my own personal one: https://github.com/daum/GearmanBundle/tree/symfony-3.0

I didn't want to do it here yet until it's decided about branching/tagging for it.
