Updated .gitignore for Visual Studio 2015 and 2019 to align with the current directory structure.
Removed .user and .suo. These files are recommended not to be included in source control systems according to https://stackoverflow.com/questions/72298/should-i-add-the-visual-studio-suo-and-user-files-to-source-control
