Add Support for Visual Studio 2022 Build
Add CMake Build for test
Add CMake Build for example

Sorry for my late response.

Since I don't have VS 2022, I can't check whether your request has no problem. On the other hand, I will accept your request because this request does not affect the WORLD component. In the future, I may change the code if I get VS 2022 and have found the error.
