makes it build on VS 2019 by default

Thank you for your request. I don't have VS 2019 now, so I could not build the project with this request. Since I'd like to update my environment, please wait for a while.

Ah I see. It's been painful for me to upgrade as well so I totally get that.

I guess I'll just leave the changes here, in case someone got into trouble building on 2019.

I installed VS 2019 and confirmed that I built the project. This PR is useful for the VS 2019 user but not for the user using the old version. So, I would like to provide two project files for VS 2019 and VS 2015. Please give me a few days. First, I accept your request, after that, I will add another project file for VS 2015.
