feat: Upgrade ghost version to 4.1.0

Upgrade ghost version

• Upgrade node version to latest supported (based on official Ghost Docker Image
• Upgrade ghost version
• Upgrade python package to py-pip as python2 has been decommissioned
• remove useless blank/space

I tested upgrade from version 2.28 to 4.1.0 and it works with no problem, the database migration is smooth too. Example on: Tepee staging website
