Focus is broken on Windows #36

Neither focus is set to master password field, nor Tab works correctly.

In order to reproduce broken Tab, manually focus master password field, type something, then press Tab. Focus disappears, document object claims that master password input is an active element.

Workaround only fixes autofocus, Tab key still doesn't work.
