Bind all hypergeometric functions and document them.
Slightly improve the documentation of Gsl.Sf.

Thanks for the contribution! I'll make a release soon after finding a solution for the error handler initialization.

Thanks. I was thinking to maybe extend the preprocessing of Sf to allow labeled arguments — they would be useful for hypergeometric functions with many float parameters.

It seems the script requires no change. I'll make another PR.
