Pkgj port to ps3 #55

Is it possible to port pkgj to ps3? Just imagine downloading and installing games directly to ps3 without using psnstuff or nps browser

Sorry, I won't accept source code change to C++ or new dependencies like boost. I would ok to merge most of changes, but they need be in same style as rest of code. Please redo the pull request, if you want me to do so.
