Arbitrary spawning of aircraft #110

Using a command or a UI to spawn an aircraft. Does anybody have any input if a UI or commands should be used? Reference: Discord: Arbitrary Spawning of Aircraft

(This is another case where if we switched to ATC Trainer syntax we'd have a template for this. It's spawn commands all seem to be with respect to an airport, though we might extend that to allow specifying a fix to spawn in terms of.)

100%. I think that might be the next thing I'll do. Trying to migrate all of the commands to their respective ATC Trainer syntax. Once we fix all of the current bugs and put out a release I would like to start doing this early, just because arbitrary spawning of aircraft is a cool feature
