Planes not climbing fully #176

I was playing on the D21 scenario that I made, but when ever I tell someone to climb via the sid they stop at 4000. there is a 7000 or below altitude restriction a little ways out which I believe is causing this

This happens on every departure with the below 7000 restriction, and on some of them it even ends up giving a low altitude alert

sorry forgot to add this, they will stay at 4000 until after the waypoint, then climb but when I hand them off to center they will just climb as they aren't climbing via the sid anymore

It seems to be working correctly when I try it now. Can you check and see if this is still happening with the beta release? (I'm wondering if you had the altitude restriction like SLVVA/a4000 originally and not SLVVA/a4000+?)

I looked through it and it was SLVVA/a4000+, but I think it might have been something with the version I was using, because it seems to work now on the beta you released in the discord.
