added RNAV Z approaches for runways 7, 16R, 17R, 26, 34R, 35R
added correct departure gates for each SID
fixed scratchpads to match SOP/LOAs

COS

fixed departure headings to match SOP
fixed cruise altitudes to match LOAs
added additional airlines to departure routes
