For tracks in handoff status: there is a phase that shows 4 char width for scratchpad (even though I can only enter 3) and another phase that shows 3 char width for scratchpad. (I tried it with different facilities, A90, A80, c90).
Also, during the phase that shows 4 char width for scratchpad area, the handoff receiver position is not displayed when it should be. Nor is the "+" for secondary scratch. Also, I'm not sure if it was intended to be fixed for this beta or not, but the scratch 2 is still a bit off. The "+" that follows is always to the right of that field, so if you only enter 1 char for scratch 2, lets say you entered "L", it'd look like:
L +B738 and not L+ B738
The only time the receiver id isn't displayed the FDB (as far as I've seen) is when the "+" is displayed for scratch 2 or when "*" is displayed for pilot-reported alt (entered for neg mode-c aircraft). In a PDB, some facilities show scratch 2 and some don't...some show the "+" in the PDB and some don't. I'm not able to make FDB a PDB on Vice if I handed track off to someone and it was accepted (not sure what's up with that).
