1) Changing brightness of "OTH" changes the intensity of any FDBs not owned (unowned color green) by your sector including po symbol. Vice has "FDB" control this for unowned FDB's.
2) When you hover over a target and DWELL enabled, it intensifies the datatag and pos symbol. Vice only intensifies the tag not the pos symbol.
3) When datatag is flashing in handoff or showing handoff was accepted, the pos symb should flash the same as datatag. Vice doesn't have pos symbol flash too.
