A good first pass would probably take arguments for datetime placed, datetime read, induration, and induration criteria (as a numeric). A more complex function could include specific flags for all of the criteria listed in the CDC's interpretation guidelines:

... HIV status, contact, abnormal CXR, organ transplant, other immunosuppression, recent immigrants (<5 years) from high prevalence countries, IVDU, congregate setting, mycolab staff, children < 4 years old, "clinical conditions", children exposed to high-risk adults.
Could be tough - TST interpretation relies on results other than demographics. Then again, IGRA interpretation will probably go that way, too...
