What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install bcmon 
2. open bcmon
3. grant su permissions

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is all firmware installed!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest version of bcmon.On android 4.1.1

Please provide any additional information below.

I have the same problem too. What if the chipset isn't compatible. Or somethong 
didn't install correctly. My phone is an Alcatel OneTouch Evolve 5020T, by the 
way.
