Currently the k-SII aggregation does not work correctly.
Fix aggregation if SII interaction has KeyError (Continue statement in line 131, _calculate_ksii_from_sii method), and set initial value to zero instead. SII values can be zero and k-SII values could still be non-zero due to higher-order SII
Fix interaction_lookup: Essentially, the interaction_lookup cannot be used from SII (remove parameter in _calculate_ksii_from_sii method), there has to be an individual interaction lookup for k-SII, which contains all interactions from order 1 to order max_order
