Add more packaging configurations

This PR adds a few extra features I needed for my deployment situation (in a workspace, packages artifacts from several crates):

• Optional triggers file for use by the dpkg trigger facility
• Ability to preserve existing symlinks in the asset files
• Optional build-dependencies, for adding things like dh-systemd for example
