Hi, encountered virtually the same problem. I had my acrordrdc working but I tried to add a printer through snap connect acrordrdc:removable-media which got it broken (as it is not working any more since that moment). Here are the details:

can you try purge remove snap then try again,

snap remove --purge acrordrdc

For printing you need to connect cups control though its not tested,

snap connect acrordrdc:cups-control
