Acrobat Reader DC 2021 cannot run the default local email client #37

Thanks for Your hard work.

Unfortunately, I have a PDF form with a button, which should: a) generate an .XML file, and b) attach it to a newly created email message window, launching the default email application on Your system.

This code works in a "normal" installation of Adobe Reader under Windows. It doesn't with acrordrdc with Xubuntu 22.04 (Thunderbird-snap being the default email client).

Where should I poke? :)

Can you share this form? Unfilled of course.

It's a government form, which for example can be downloaded from: https://www.provincia.bz.it/lavoro-economia/lavoro/downloads/UNI_Intermittenti.pdf

The button is the bottom-left one.
