Lacks support for HEIF #4

Complains that it's missing the Windows Imaging component when attempting to open HEIF. Version: irfanview 4.54 OS: Ubuntu 18.04

I'm afraid this can't be fixed from snap side because currently HEIF extesion available and supported by irfanview are for Windows 10 which can only be installed from Windows 10 App Store that WINE does not support installing Appx till WINE dev implement support.
