Update to the current GitPython 0.3.x API. #2

The Commit class's id attribute has been renamed hexsha.
commits() and commits_between() are superseded by iter_commits().

Thanks for the heads up on the API change. I implemented a patch like yours, but with backward compatibility for 0.1.x (which is the version Ubuntu still ships on my machines).
