feat: letting the bucket be driven by a secret #18

I needed the ability to have the CodeBuild project get the bucket from a secret, as it wasn't going to be known at deploy-time what bucket I wanted to dump reports. Not sure if this is something you wanted merged in but it certainly would keep me from having to maintain a fork =-}
