there is no such section in prerequisites

@b10s I think a much better fix would be to bring back that section as it's very useful: https://github.com/kelseyhightower/kubernetes-the-hard-way/blob/master/docs/01-prerequisites.md#running-commands-in-parallel-with-tmux

I prefer the fix in https://github.com/mmumshad/kubernetes-the-hard-way/pull/67
