Some changes. #35

  1. unnecessary import clause is removed
  2. twitreader's interruption for executing another plugin is removed.
  3. Redundant space and newline char is removed from urititle's result.
  4. Debian pkgfinder's version showing problem is fixed ( by changwoo )
  5. missedmessage's plugin name and command information is added.
  6. private message acception is added into calc,cer2, distropkgfinder and weather.
