[Feature] Ability to store vector index to pinecone or local storage #65

Now all vector index only temporary. Can we make an options to save it to our local storage or another vector index like pinecone ?

Was thinking of making an extension to add in chromadb local storage for the vector store, any thoughts? @quangnhut123
