Thank you for sharing your plugin!

Here are my changes for allowing usage of the copy output plugin with multiple stores including:

• Minor syntax changes which prevented rspec test to run
• rspec tests for veryfing templates work as expected (this required to sort the hashes by key in the template so we get a consistent, testable output).
