- Each program begin date has its own begin date. It's typically when the first time within the school year. It must be within the school year. The Ed-Fi MARSS translation document has the details.
A vendor asks if the user ought to be able to supply this when entering records, or if the first day of school should be the begin date with last day of school being the end date. The StudentEarlyEducationProgramAssociations scenarios in the test plan indicate the last day of school should be the default for the End Date, but does not provide suggestions beyond that.
