Add Linux support #65

Based on #32. This will create an .AppImage and .pacman file you can publish.

Not the maintainer, but do you think you could provide just the .appimage now for us on Linux in the meanwhile?

For those that prefer it, a Flatpak distribution has also existed for a while. See https://flathub.org/apps/camp.nook.nookdesktop

By the way, if this PR is ever to be merged, a Debian package is a must. An extremely large portion of the Linux userbase are on Debian-based distros
