Notes in systems info? #44

Sci / Star logs / Systems info (z / v / right) has Notes: field, but it always seems to be empty? check the code if that is supposed to be so

not implemented, it seems... display.pas:genericsysinfo() displays it, and printxy(163,83,'Notes:'); but no further printxy() is at y >= 83
