Add .gitignore file and remove files which are to be ignored #17

This is a simple commit. I added a .gitignore file and removed .DS_Store and the directory xcuserdata. It doesn't affect the code, but it cleans up the repository a bit.

+1 for this, although GitHub is saying there are conflicts to resolve. It's most likely just the .DS_Store or xcuserdata/.
