Update plot_seizure_example.py #82

the dataset moved from base_url in example file to https://www.ukbonn.de/epileptology/workgroups/lehnertz-workgroup-neurophysics/downloads/
there was Specified \n as separator or delimiter. This forces the python engine which does not accept a line terminator error
removed the sep argument to resolve the above error
once the zip file was downloaded to Windows machine, there was _MACOSX folder as well
the .TXT files are one more level below the path
did a weak hardcoding by picking first folder listed by os.listdir to get inside N, F and S folders respectively
