When taking a screenshot I obtained several green artifacts. Check whether it is going to occur after final changes to the ipyvoume and mne_g3d will be merged.

that's really weird - it almost looks like viridis. Can you confirm that you're not plotting something twice?

I did the screenshot using the functions provided by ipyvolume. I think it might be something with ipyvolume. This is how the plot looks using windows snipping tool: Inflated surface with activation data

ahhh interesting, so it looks normal in the interactive window, but if you save it to png with ipyvolume it messes up the colors? If so, that does indeed sound like an ipyvolume bug

I close this issue, since I cannot reproduce this bug anymore, it disappeared after ipyvolume re-installation.
