Renew Apple developer program enrolment #176

My subscription has expired, need to renew, otherwise we cannot get the installers signed / authorized

FYI this costs about USD 99 per year, and this is the 2nd time I've paid for this out of my own pocket. Not bragging, not complaining – but maybe we can find some time within the next year to see if we can come up with a more sustainable solution for the project! Happy to brainstorm with you during our next dev meeting @larsoner @agramfort

it is probably OK to use grant funds for this in future years.

we can also see if you can be reimbursed by Inria if you are willing to do the paper work.
