It's going to prevent us from cutting a release :(

From a very quick search of the error message I see https://github.com/aws-amplify/amplify-cli/issues/12969 , can you look?

If possible, while you fix this certificate issue, could you also wait for the 2 bugfix release I cut for mne-lsl and pycrostates? They should be available on conda-forge in a couple of hours.
