IIRC we would need somewhere to host the output. There was some talk about the Scientific Python org maybe providing that? Not sure. EDIT: the linked PR confirms my recollection, I guess we need to ask the Scientific Python folks

Generally speaking I'm +1 on moving away from GA (for the usual privacy reasons)
