Add support for the deep sleep mode the reduce power consumption.

The "official" name for this sensor value is RSSI (Receiving Signal Strength Indicator) and the unit is db. I found it more convenient and intuitive to name this WIFIQuality and have a percentage bewteen 0 (Bad or None) and 100 (Superb)
