Icons for custom capabilities are not showing #36

Hello,

I am using the latest version of the app with Homey 2.0.0, but all the icons from custom capabilities are not showing. They show dashed squares instead.

It seems that custom capabilities have changed in 2.0 see: https://apps.developer.athom.com/tutorial-Drivers-Capabilities.html

I have made some small changes to your code and created a pull request for these:
