Steps for Vimeo:

• [x] select vimeo videos
• [x] have function to get vimeo snapshot
• [x] abstract code that replaces a video with a snapshot and a URL and QRCode https://stackoverflow.com/questions/67403923/how-do-i-generate-qr-code-from-url-in-javascript

Steps for regular videos:

• [x] find other videos
• [x] Don't bother trying to get a screenshot, just use an image of a play button
• [x] fill into abstract to make an image and a URL

Time Permitting

• [x] find the video name
• [x] have a play button
• [x] make text and URL float overtop of snapshot

Here's how pressbooks handles it:

Works great in ePub too, but one issue:

• need to wait for elementor to convert video DIVS to actual iframes/videos
• THEN convert external images to internal ones
• THEN create ePub
• also, in my test, the vimeo image file has NO extension so PMB is adding the HTML file extension which AMazon is then complaining about sometimes the order is wrong
